not having my entire kitchen burn down when a fry daddy full of shoestring taters blew up beside the stove that a pan of catfish was frying on...what a mess and brief flash fire...
grease everywhere...
catfish was good...

wonder if the cats will clean it up...naaaaa

upon reflection...the first thing i thought of while my shirt and hand was on fire..."are the cats outside?"

having red foxes-wild turkeys-deer-possums-raccoons-tons of different birds at my feeders-two eagle nests with eagles in them-2 osprey nests close to the water but still on my property-my gurls safe from flambo dave...all these i see daily and hope the vision i have stays with me.

also happy-as this may seem strange- that both of my parents are safe and sound in where ever we go from this life. i can almost see them dancing again. and that makes me happy.

a fifteen minute social type intercourse with a beautiful 4 point buck who was looking into my wash room window and allowed me to visit with him thru the glass- he had velvet on his little horns and points...he walked away from the window on a few occasions to come back and look again...not sure if he saw me or his own reflection but i was just breathless.

it made me feel peace.

I have been talking to a mamma racoon & her three masked babies. At first they would Skedaddle (that is a word ain't it), but they seem to be getting use to us now and like to check us out as we check them out.
